We strive to provide resources and support to Black Republican candidates, in order to ensure that their voices are heard and their communities are represented in state government. BEC works to create an environment where Blacks in Virginia can have a voice in the Republican Party and a meaningful impact on policy discussions. Through its work, BEC is committed to providing Black Virginians with the resources and support needed to become active participants in the Republican Party.
